Ben will be introducing you to some delicious Italian wines - each of which you will enjoy with thoughtfully prepared courses that are guaranteed to dazzle! We have invested great time and effort into ensuring everything that crosses your palette throughout the evening will surprise and delight you.

Each of six courses will begin with an introduction of the paired wine - profile, origin, characteristics...etc. - followed by Chef Sacha's description of the food you will be eating. (Ben will explain WHY they fit so well together!)

This evening includes six courses - from the first delicious bite through the tantalizing dessert - and, of course, their wine pairings.
