Joining the expanded Bonnet Creek Epicurious line-up, the inaugural Epicurious Sip & Savor Event, hosted on December 9, 2022, will offer an upscale food and wine tasting experience in one exclusive evening. Showcasing culinary and beverage offerings inspired by the chefs from the resort’s 13 restaurants and lounges, the event invites foodies to dine and imbibe with 35 tastings across eight culinary kiosks/posts and nine pop-up bars. Eclectic dish samplings - both savory and sweet - will be inspired from various international concepts including Peruvian Street Food, Southern Smokehouse, Maître Cuisiniers de France, and Chef Franck’s Grand Patisserie. Wine and spirits enthusiasts can enjoy a varied menu of sips from sake and Japanese spirits to local Florida brews, pours from the Bourbon Trail, and fine wines from France to Napa. Guests can take a taste of the experience home with various bottled cocktails from the pop-up bars, as well as signature beverages from the resort’s collection, available for purchase from the Bonnet Creek at Home Gift Shop.
