Syovata Edari is the founder of CocoVaa Chocolatier is an international award winning fine chocolate company known for its exquisite handcrafted chocolates and unique flavor combinations. The company has quickly gained recognition for its commitment to quality and creativity in the world of chocolate.
Syovata Edari, an entrepreneur, chocolatier and trial lawyer was raised in a multicultural family to have a deep appreciation for food and flavors that honor global cuisine. Her passion for chocolate led her to explore the art of chocolate-making and ultimately to establish CocoVaa Chocolatier in 2016. She’s trained with some of the best in the world and has won 30 awards in the prestigious London based Academy of Chocolate Awards (AoC). CocoVaa is one of the very few US nationals to ever make the AoC Roll of Honour Board, sharing the space with industry legends such as Paul Young, William Curley, and Michel Cluizel. Edari now participates as a judge. With a vision to create chocolates that are both visually stunning and delectable, Edari has set out to redefine the chocolate experience. THE DINNER
Chocolatier Vata Edari is collaborating with our culinary team to presenting a curated menu infused with chocolate. The dinner will include passed hors d'oeuvres and a multi-course plated dinner featuring a fabulous chocolate dessert.
Each course will be paired with a selected wine. The evening begins with a welcome reception followed by a three course dinner inside overlooking the Long Island Sound. The evening concludes with an exquisite dessert.

PRICING: $150 inclusive per person, includes all food and beverage, gratuity and sales tax.

Learn how to taste and fully experience the wonders of chocolate and learn about the chocolate industry. $55* per person. Pre-registration is required. Limited to 25 guests. CocoVaa Chocolatier takes pride in using only the finest ingredients sourced from around the world as well as fresh herbs she harvests from her own garden. Edari personally selects high-quality single origin couverture, often from sustainable and fair trade sources, to ensure the exceptional taste and to uphold the ethical standards she stands by. The company also incorporates unique and carefully curated flavors, such as yuzu, saffron and unexpected combinations like blueberry, raspberry and violet. Edari can deconstruct any dessert and recreate it in bonbon form - as she did with her gold winning lemongrass pear frangipane.
Each chocolate at Cocovaa Chocolatier is meticulously handcrafted with great attention to detail.
