For this final dinner, we are featuring the element of Air with bubbly wines and briny pairings from Chef Haydn Shaak. We will be featuring coastal influenced wines paired with complimenting dishes from Chef Haydn Shaak. Each dinner will begin with canapes and a welcome drink, followed by a four-course, individually plated menu. Each dinner is $100/person (includes taxes and gratuities). If you join us for the whole series, you will receive a takeaway gift at the final dinner in December. Each dinner will conclude with the opportunity to purchase the wines featured at a discount price.
