Join Michigan by the Bottle, Bonobo Winery, and Alex Franz of Wooden Whisk Creations for eat this. drink that. — an interactive sensory pairing experience hosted by Bonobo co-owner Todd Oosterhouse and Alex Franz.

This is not a formal wine dinner.

It’s a relaxed, guided exploration of how food and wine completely change one another through flavor, texture, acidity, spice, and balance.

Throughout the experience, guests will enjoy thoughtfully paired wines and small plates designed to create those “wait… taste that again” moments.

Explore pairings like:

• Spice + Riesling

• Citrus + Chardonnay

• Umami + Pinot Noir

Guests will also leave with a simple guide to pairing wine and food at home.
