Come on down to RiNo for the first Miss Lippe's party in Denver at the wonderful Infinite Monkey Theorm. We are going to fold dumplings by hand and drink wine.

We'll bring two kinds of dumplings to create, show you how to fold, and cook for you while you enjoy the people around you and indulge in some wine.

E veryone gets around 20 dumplings with pickled snacks and homemade sauces

We're making Thai Basil Chicken and Pork Chive dumplings. It's family style, so we all fold together and everything gets cooked together so you might not get your own dumlings back. But no need to fret, you will get plenty to eat!

We will be handling raw meat, we will provide gloves and easy access to sinks to wash up
