Vinyl Night: Wine Alternatives with Muri & Saicho Thursday, January 22 | 5–7 PM

We’ll be pouring well-crafted wine alternatives throughout the evening, accompanied by vinyl spinning live in the shop as Dave Belson of Want List Records sets a measured, atmospheric backdrop for the tasting. The focus of the evening is a considered look at wine alternatives that emphasize structure, balance, and intention. We’ll begin with Muri, whose non-alcoholic ferments and sparklers are built through botanical infusions and fermentation techniques designed to deliver acidity, texture, and depth. These zero-proof bottles are composed to be enjoyed in proper glassware and approached with the same attention as wine. Also featured is Saicho Hojicha Sparkling Tea, produced from roasted hojicha leaves. Dry and restrained, with notes of warm grain, gentle smoke, and savory nuance, these sparkling teas offer a quietly complex and food-friendly profile. An evening of vinyl refined zero-proof pours, and unhurried tasting—designed for those interested in flavor, balance, and craft.
