Chardonnay Tasting Note: Barrel fermentation makes this chardonnay rich and decadent. Honeysuckle, tropical fruits and ripe pear integrate with toasted oak and vanilla on the nose. The pallet is opulent, satiny, with peaches, orange marmalade and the perfect amount of butter.

Cabernet Tasting Note: Toasty American Oak integrates with blueberries, dark plum and blackberries. Bold sweet tannins hold up a velvety mouthfeel, leading to a juicy finish with dark cherries, violets and baking spice.

Start the evening with a cocktail during happy hour at our bar. Meet the featured animal of the evening, and then savor a curated, three-course plated dinner prepared by our expert chefs along with amazing, featured wines. Unique as this sounds, each dinner is based on the diet of our featured animal! As you dine, one of our educators will describe the vital role our animal star plays in their ecosystem. Part of the evening’s proceeds go towards the conservation of animals and habitats.

Your ticket for this event gets you FREE Access to our Aquarium the night of the event. Make sure to come early, show your ID at the ticket booth and enjoy!

Experience amazing marine life in over one million gallons of water. You’ll be amazed by all the fascinating sea creatures, shark exhibit, otters, Sumatran tigers and more! At the end of your tour, touch and feed the deep-water dwellers at Stingray Reef.
