During this fun and educational event, participants will discover wines from the Southern Hemisphere, which will include areas of Argentina, Chile, New Zealand, & South Africa. Wines from these regions are increasing in quality & quantity. This wine adventure will teach you the history & viticulture of the Southern Hemisphere. Along with introducing you to different grape varietals from these regions. You will also learn about the appearance, aroma, & primary characteristics of wine from down under. Your adventure will also be paired with artisian cheeses, meat, and crackers.
