Henri Bourgeois is a family-owned estate based in Chavignol, in the heart of Sancerre, with a winemaking history spanning more than ten generations. Renowned for Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, the Bourgeois family farms certified organic vineyards throughout Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé, with a focus on expressing the unique character of each terroir. Their vineyards encompass the region’s distinctive soils—including flint, limestone, and Kimmeridgian marl—bringing complexity, minerality, and depth to the wines. For this special evening, we will showcase a selection of wines from the domaine, presented by Laurent Noblet.
