Enjoy an evening of delectable appetizers prepared by Chef Alicia Shevetone of Dink Cuisine, expertly paired with a trio of wines from Vegas Valley Winery. You will enjoy a private, chef-hosted experience in the winery’s tasting room.
Our Menu:
• Crab Stuffed Tomatoes – Juicy tomatoes filled with fresh crab, chives, and cream cheese
• Chicken Marsala Meatballs – Tender chicken meatballs enveloped in luscious gravy made with mushrooms and a reduction of Sicilian fortified wine
• Cannoli Tiramisu – Sweet ricotta, Luxardo cherries, chocolate, and pistachios
