Sorrel is incredibly excited to partner with Tom Darling of Darling Wines for an intimate winemaker dinner in our Oxalis Room. Darling Wines produces Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Chardonnay sourced from coastal vineyards in western Sonoma County, Marin County, Anderson Valley, and Mendocino Ridge, and we are pleased to invite you to dine with him in person.
All guests will be seated together with Tom in Sorrel's Oxalis Room for a guided tasting and dining experience. In this intimate dinner, we will be featuring a selection of Darling wines which will be enjoyed with a menu from Sorrel's chef team, designed to compliment the wines.
