Looking for a perfect culinary experience? Join Ilan's Raw Chocolate for a special class with friends and family. Chelsie, chocolatier, will be your host for the evening!

You will make your own unique, gourmet chocolate using Ilan's Raw Chocolate 70% Peruvian Cacao!

We will provide seasonal fruits, nuts and other culinary delights for you to create your own chocolate combinations. All necessary tools and ingredients will be provided.

After the chocolate is poured and dipped we will let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then the fun begins! You will pair your chocolates with a variety of artisanal wines. You will discover new flavor profiles in the wine and in the chocolate. Each complements the other in ways that may surprise you.

The fun doesn't end there. You will leave with your creations to gift to friends and family (or to enjoy later)!
