An intimate night with friends at Cardinale du Vin, Chef Paul takes us on a journey through Thailand using elevated dishes inspired by Thai flavors.

• Amuse Bouche: Salmon Larb, Mussels Toast and Scallop Tart
• Chawanmushi - trout roe, shiitake sauce
• Kanpachi - tom kha, oyster mushroom
• Ebi - tom yum, sticky rice
• Short Rib - panang curry, mashed potato
• Dessert - Pandan Tiramisu w/coconut ice cream & Calpico Ice Cream Sundae
