Tonight we’re totally tearing apart a five-course meal. Each bite is a deconstructed course, meant to toy with your senses and tastebuds. Super-duper cheese forward. This class is for those who love a shared meal with friends, the smell of applesauce on the stove, and anyone who brings a funky wine to a dinner party. Please let us know about any allergies at ticket purchase so we can make the proper accommodations.

So that staff and attendees can comfortably enjoy eating and discussing these delicious cheeses and pairings without masks on, all attendees for in-person classes must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. A photograph of your vaccine card along with photo ID will suffice.

We get that life happens! Please contact us 1 week prior to the class if you need to switch your ticket to another event. If you're symptomatic and/or sick with COVID, we are happy to issue you a refund (or transfer) for your ticket. Feel better!
