Cress Restaurant is featuring a five-course event, featuring the rich, complex wines of the Hess Perssons Estate. The menu begins with a Lemon & Maple Glazed Fresh Catch, followed with a Duck Confit with Spiced Sweet Potato, Rosemary & Sage Rubbed Wild Boar Tenderloin, a Red Wine & Mustard Crusted Elk Chop and finished with a Dark Chocolate Ganache Cake with Passion Fruit Sorbet. Wine pairings are included with the first four courses, with an option to add a wine pairing with the dessert course for an added $18. Wines served includes Hess Panthera Chardonnay, Hess Panthera Pinot Noir, Hess Lion Tamer Red Blend, Hess Collection Mt. Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon, and Hess Collection Iron Corral Cabernet Sauvignon (+$18).
