• Potato, Cheese and Chorizo Croquettes with Green Chile Queso
• Chicken and Corn Chowder
• Grilled Beef Sirloin with Blue Cheese Butter, Roast Garlic Mashers,  Crispy Brussels Sprouts and Salt Roasted Onions 
• Roasted Scottish Salmon with Fingerling Potatoes, Asparagus and Hollandaise 
• Strawberry-Apple Crisp with Vanilla Bean Caramel
