Celebrate the closing of 2021 and the beginning of 2022! Ring in the New Year with an Alpine New Year’s Eve party!  Chef Aarika brings you a beautiful gourmet menu complete with all of the New Year's special touches from the ritzy Swiss Alps! The class will begin and end with a champagne toast!  Join us for an evening you won’t forget! Please note this class is priced for two people.

• Emantalle, Brie and Cognac Fondue with Homemade Rosemary Flatbread Crackers 
• Insalata Triestina (Mixed Greens with Carrots, Beans, Onion and Dill with Feta Lemon Triestine Sauce)
• Alplermagronen (Swiss Macaroni and Cheese with Caramelized Onions and Champagne Applesauce 
• Surf N' Turf: Prosciutto Wrapped Prawns and Peppercorn Crusted Bison Tenderloin Served over Porcini Risotto Milanese
• Swiss Chocolate Fondue with Frangelico and Assorted Fruits and Dippers
