It is widely recognized in Culinary circles that the Region of Emilia Romagna is where the best food of Italy is located and Bologna is its epicenter. Here is where Prosciutto di Parma and of course Parmigiano is made and its neighbor Modena the land of very old Balsamic Vinegar. And Pasta, Ragu, Tortellini, sausages etc. They don’t call it Bologna Grosso (fat) for nothing. Please note the price of the class is for two people.
