Come cook dinner at elysian under the thoughtful, skillful, acidic guidance of David, who will plan the menu, the instruction, and do the shopping plus some of the heavier advance prep if there is any. We will make 3 or 4 dishes together, cook them, eat them, and clean up after ourselves. All you bring is your own wine, and if you have a knife you like to use, your knife.
