Participants gain culinary tips and tricks, as well as confidence to cook more at home; with plenty of laughs and tastes along the way. Plus, learn the latest trends and classics of food.

Comedian Pauline Yasuda
Pauline is a past the winner of California’s Funniest Female Competition. She is an alumna of Acme Comedy Theatre. As a stand-up comedian, she won the Wild Card Round at the World Series of Comedy and has been one of the “Best of Fest” at the popular Burbank Comedy Festival. She brings her unique brand of comedy to clubs in Los Angeles and the West Coast.
MENU:
First: Baby Lettuce Salad – balsamic grilled grapes, Point Reyes crumbles, roasted garlic/sherry vinaigrette, candied walnuts
Second: Braised Beef Short Ribs – corn and sweet pepper succotash, corn souffle, red wine jus, crispy onion
Third: Classic Tart Tatin – shaved green apple, sea salt caramel ice cream
Chef Bryan Gardner: After studying English and History at the University of Southern Maine, Chef Bryan Gardner longed to fulfill his passion for food. He went on to study culinary arts at the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont. After graduating in 2005 he launched an impressive career working among some of Napa’s finest Michelin Star restaurants. He expanded his food horizons in 2008 and became the Executive Chef at the Relais & Châteaux property, Hotel de la Paix in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Bryan’s fondness for food began while he was growing up in New England; he was born into a family of foodies and raised on some of the finest seafood from the Coast of Maine.
