All cognac is brandy, but not all brandy is Cognac! Sample SIX Cognacs, a Cognac cocktail, and food pairings! This two hour seminar will explain the beverage of Cognac and the place.

Irina Ponomarenko is an official Cognac Educator, certified by the BNIC(Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac.) She is also a member of the USA Wine Tasting Team.
