Pre & Post Parade libations
Hillsboro's Rotary 4th of July Parade is a local favorite. This year celebrates Home Town Heroes.
With the craft wine bar only a block off the parade route we'll be open serving up Mimosas + locally roasted coffee for the Hillsboro Downtown pre-parade crowd.
We're opening early to lend some libation and wake up for those nearby for the staging, prep, and parade-route seat-staking.
For coffee lovers, our crew. Chris & Cindi will be setup to serve freshly their roasted coffee for donation.
For you who might want something with some zip to perk your palate and ease into the day, we'll have our Sparkling Blanc de Blancs, and Sparkling Rosé available* straight up or add a dash of OJ or Cranberry for that brunch feel.
In addition to our regular menu, we'll have pastries and parfaits on hand too. We plan to be open until 3pm for the post-parade sip, wine-tasting or meet-up before the fireworks begin.
Consider including us in your weekend plans. In addition to the release of the Résolu Cellars 2019 Méthode Champenoise Blanc de Blancs, Sparkling Rosé, 2019 Pinot Noir and 2021 Rosé of Pinot Noir we'll have a lineup of select Oregon-made craft wine, beer, and a place to gather.
Outside food is welcome.
RSVPs are recommended but not required.
We will have nosh for pairing on hand too.
Historic Downtown Hillsboro has a lot to offer in shops, eateries, and history in the walking district.
To visit the winery: parking is available in front of the building, directly across the street on evenings and weekends, or take the MAX to the Hillsboro Central station.
