As in all of our classes, we cover cocktail-making fundamentals, guiding participants through making (and enjoying) three cocktails – this hands-on class has something to offer both novices & professionals.
What We'll Make:
• French 75 – Cognac, lemon, sugar, Cava
• Primm & Proper – Pimms No. 1, Gran Classico, passionfruit, lemon, ginger, Cava
• 25 Sbagliato – Rosat Vermouth, Amaro, Cava
