Welcome to Cleveland's Top Chefs: A Premier Culinary Experience!
Join us on Sunday, August 25, 2024 at the International Culinary Arts and Sciences Institute (ICASI) for an unforgettable in-person event showcasing the talents of Cleveland's top chefs. While you indulge in tasting plates, wine, beer, and bourbon, you will help benefit the ICASI Scholarship Fund, Inc., an independent non-profit 501 (c)(3) that awards scholarships to deserving ICASI culinary and pastry students.
Over a dozen chefs in the Cleveland area will be on hand during our event including Vinnie Cimino (Cordelia), Dante Boccuzzi (Dante), Eric Wells (Skye LaRae's), Chef Brad Gambrell, Richie Cunningham (Sara's Place), Sam Lesniak (Cru Uncorked), Brad Race (The Last Page), Matthew Mytro (Flour), Adam DiLauro (DiLauro's Pizzeria & Retro Burger), Jeremy Ulmansky (Larder Delicatessen), Zachary Ladner (Giovanni's), Mia Humphrey (Culinary by Design), Kristen Barnes (Sweet Bean Chocolates), Eddy's Fruit Farm and Kevin Keough (Kevin is Always Mixing).
These chefs are donating their time and talent to help raise much needed scholarship funds for students to pursue their dream of becoming a chef in the Culinary and Pastry Arts, despite their economic status.
