The Classic Pasta Experience is a hands on pasta class -making at least 2 types of pasta. The pasta becomes part of the 5 course meal prepared by our professional chef so you can relax and enjoy your dinner with friends after making the pasta yourself. We will serve charcuterie, pasta with a lobster sauce, Pasta Alla Routa (a one of a kind preparation where the hot pasta is put inside the hollowed out wheel of parmesan cheese to make a delicious sauce) & a fabulous dessert prepared by our Pastry Chef. BYOB- We provide water, soft drinks and coffee.
