Be part of a rare culinary event as Chef Suzzette Metcalfe welcomes the debut of three young, visionary winemakers from Southern Italy’s Cilento region—all presenting their wines for the first time in the United States. Each evening features a curated multi-course dinner inspired by the flavors of their region, with wine pairings carefully matched to showcase the beauty, depth, and character of each bottle.

June 18 – Polito Winery
Earthy elegance meets timeless tradition. Bold reds, graceful whites, and a deeply soulful four-course menu.
June 25 – Pippo Greco Winery
Fire and sea converge in this expressive lineup of reds and whites—paired with smoky shellfish, lamb, peaches, and buffalo milk panna cotta.
July 2 – Cobellis Winery
A romantic, refined three-course finale featuring Fiano, Rosato, and Coda di Volpe with crab, duck confit, and grilled stone fruit.
