Welcome to Chrysalis
An eight-course prix fixe journey within Darkroom, envisioned and brought to life by our team led by Zachary Scherer and Drew Adams.
With that in mind, Chrysalis is adopting a new format (surprise!). Starting September 5th, we’ll be rolling out menus inspired by cuisines and cultures from around the world—one at a time. Our first stop: Japan.
This doesn’t mean recreating regional dishes. Instead, we’ll pay homage to the ingredients, sensibilities, and flavors we admire, while still making food that feels distinctly ours. Think of it as a conversation between our style and the traditions we love.
Another twist: no repeats (for as long as we can hold ourselves to it). So if you miss the first six weeks of Japan, that menu won’t return. Consider it a little incentive to join us, experience something fleeting, and have some fun. Eat, drink, and be merry.
Because of this new approach, dinner will no longer include a wine pairing in the menu price. The menu will be $170 per person (tax and tip included), with optional pairings available as an add-on.
