It is easy to love Santa Fe at Christmas time: adobe buildings, sparkly lights, and farolitos lining the streets- not to mention spectacular food!  Can’t make it down to our neighboring state before Christmas?  Join Chef Devin for an evening of big, bold, and zesty flavors of the southwest! Dinner will be served with two signature cocktails, Orange Cranberry Margaritas and Pomegranate Ginger Palomas.

• Tuxedo White and Black Bean Dips with Baked Flour Tortilla Chips
• Blue Corn Chile Rellenos Stuffed with Shrimp, Bacon, and Cheddar Laced with Citrus Crema
• Pumpkin-Ginger Soup with Toasted Pepitas 
• Mole-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Tequila Chile Relish, Roasted Sweet Potato Puree, and Snow Peas
• Mexican Chocolate Flan with Caramel Sauce and Bischochitos
