The adventure begins! Learn how chocolate is made from bean to bar and how to taste chocolate properly while sampling two single-origin chocolates. Next, we'll pair four different wines with 2 chocolates* each, all handcrafted at the The Chocolate Therapist and made specially to paring with wines (4 wines, 10 chocolates total). Shopping discount at end of class. *Chocolates are gluten-free, soy-free and the dark is made without dairy.
