Tickets: Contestant Entry Fee: 25.00 ( collected for cash prize)

General Admissions: 15.00 includes chili samples from our contestants, a voting ballot for the peoples choice, and a complementally glass of wine! Tickets are non refundable

Chili Entry Requirements: ???????????????????????? ???????????? ????????????????????!! Calling all you home chefs or family favorite chili cooks, this is the competition for you to shine and show us what you got!!! An entry must consist of a minimum 4 quarts/1 gallon of chili.

Winning:

Contestants will be judged by a secret panel of experts on color, aroma, consistency, presentation, taste, and aftertaste.

Cash and Prizes will be awarded for Best Overall, Spiciest, and People/s Choice.

People’s choice winner will be determined by the guests of the winery (each guest will receive a voting ticket with ticket purchase).
