First Course – Mrs. Taylor’s Sallad

Assorted greens with watercress, parsley, sorrel and colorful, edible flowers

Chicken stock risotto with steamed French green beans

Third Course – French Fritters

Excellent French fritters, cheese curds, and apple-onion relish

Fourth & Main Course – Lamb Chops & Mushroom Catsup

Herb and garlic lamb chops & homemade fresh tomato catsup

Fifth Course – Mixed Berry Trifle

Layered angel food cake, vanilla-lemon cream cheese, vanilla pudding, mixed berries and fresh whipped topping
