After an unforgettable afternoon at O’wineside, the celebration of BAJA wine by the sea carries into the night with a one-night-only Collaboration Dinner at Valle Oceanside, hosted by MICHELIN-starred Chef Roberto Alcocer.

As the sun sets over the Pacific, four visionary chefs come together in Valle’s kitchen to create a multi-course tasting menu that captures the flavors, creativity, and coastal identity of Baja California:

Chef Omar Valenzuela — Ávia, Mexicali & Célida Café, Ensenada; Food & Wine “Best New Chefs 2021”

Chef Miguel Bahena — Madre, Ensenada; featured in the Michelin Guide recommendations 2024 & 2025

Chef Raúl Casillas — Creative Chef of Puesto, San Diego

Chef Roberto Alcocer — Valle, Oceanside; MICHELIN-starred since 2022
