On Tuesday, October 7, we’re putting Chicago chefs to the test with an epic Chili Cook Off.
From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, get a taste of six different chilis from Chefs Tim Havidic of The Oakville Grill & Cellar, David Koehn of Mon Ami Gabi, Tim Cottini of Bub City, Blake Waugh, Juan Gutierrez, and Will Serafini of Summer House. Each Chef will put their own twist on the quintessential comfort dish, drawing inspiration from their restaurant concepts that span cuisine and cooking styles.
Enjoy classic chili pairings alongside your servings, and swing by the caramel apple-making station to customize your very own sweet treat! Sip on a signature cocktail, select draft beer, and select pours of Jordan wines served throughout the evening. Feeling inspired by all the cooking? Take-home Chef Ben’s cornbread recipe to accompany your own chili creations.
