Limited seating for the Chef's SIX COURSE tasting menu paired with organic wines from the newest appellation in Croatia -- Komarna. These are hand-selected wines by Richard Auffrey, food and wine writer at The Passionate Foodie, who traveled to Croatia, visited over 30 wineries, and tasted over 600 Croatian wines. He has written 85 articles about Croatia, covering its wines, spirits, cuisine, history, culture and more. (Detailed bio below)

Croatian Premium Wine team will give introduction to the Croatian winemaking, the country's wine regions; Richard will give introduction to each wine, after the Chef's introduction of the course.
