The dinner benefits the culinary nonprofit Hawaii Culinary Education Foundation. The state’s community college culinary programs as well as high school culinary programs benefit from HCEF presentations. Proceeds from the event will fund future events for students as well as professionals in the culinary field.

Tickets for the event are $325 inclusive (includes dinner, wine, tax, service charge, and valet parking). Tables of ten, $3,250.
