Chef "JC" will teach how to make your own Piedmonte style fettucine pasta from scratch, followed by making Ragu della Funghi (creamy mushroom sauce) from the same region; while the Ragu is cooking, Chef JC will teach an appetizer from the same region, that you can eat right away! Then once the Mushroom Ragu is cooked, relax and eat your self made dinner! Lots of fun, lots of good food!
