Alicia Shevetone is a pop-up chef, cookbook author, and creator of Dink Cuisine. Raised in family of culinary entrepreneurs, Shevetone is heavily influenced by her French and Northern Italian heritage. She is the in-studio chef for MORE on Fox 5 in Las Vegas, and has been described as one of the city's most noteworthy and creative culinary minds.

John Church, chef-owner of Johnny C’s Catering, hails from Flint, Michigan but has called Las Vegas home for over 20 years. A "Chopped" champion and winner of countless culinary titles and awards, he has worked with the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Michael Mina, and Thomas Keller. Collecting accolades both on and off the Las Vegas Strip, his cuisine has been enjoyed at Turnberry Place, Aureole, Alize, Eiffel Tower Restaurant, MTO Café and more.

Guest sommelier, Joe Muscaglione, is the co-founder and managing partner of Sea Fresh and Shanghai Taste.
