Enjoy an evening of delectable appetizers passionately paired with wines from Chef Alicia Shevetone of Dink Cuisine & Vegas Valley Winery.

You will enjoy a chef-hosted experience in the local's favorite winery, the Vegas Valley Winery Tasting Room. For your $35 admission, each attendee will enjoy:

• Egg Roll Cups - a deconstructed pork egg roll, featuring baked won ton cups, a flavor-packed meatball, scallions, and Sweet and Sour Sauce
• Puff Pastry with Cheese Dip and Shaved Almonds - a retro cheese dip cradled in savory, delicate puff pastry, garnished with almonds
• Prawns on Endive with Cilantro Crema - gently poached prawns atop crisp endive spears, served with a light drizzle of cilantro crema and chile lime seasoning
