In this sit-down guided tasting with cheese expert and Planet Cheese publisher Janet Fletcher, you'll taste seven of the cheeses on her GOAT (Greatest of All Time) list. Janet is the author of three books on cheese, a member of the invitation-only Guilde Internationale des Fromagers and one of the nation’s foremost cheese authorities. The evening begins with an aperitif and an hors d’oeuvre, followed by the tasting, with fine wine poured throughout. You’ll be a better taster and smarter cheese shopper when you leave.
