In this sit-down guided tasting with Planet Cheese publisher Janet Fletcher, you'll taste seven exceptional cheeses with different rind types and learn the critical role played by the rind. Janet is the author of three books on cheese, a member of the invitation-only Guilde Internationale des Fromagers and one of the nation’s foremost cheese authorities. The evening begins with an aperitif and an hors d’oeuvre, followed by the sit-down tasting, with fine wine poured throughout. You’ll be a better taster and smarter cheese shopper when you leave.
