Acclaimed podcaster and wine writer Levi Dalton will be hosting a stunning vertical wine dinner of Château Latour (the world renowned Bordeaux First Growth) in the private dining room of Gramercy Tavern Restaurant in New York City on Monday, March 3rd.
A Champagne reception will begin at 6pm, followed by legendary vintages of Château Latour, with some of the best of the twentieth century on offer. This will be a fantastic evening of excellent food, stunning wines, and expert commentary.
The evening will feature a specially prepared three course dinner menu designed by Executive Chef Michael Anthony:
First Course-
Campanelle. Beef Bolognese, Sweet Potatoes, Kale.
Paired with Château Latour 2000, 1998, and 1995.
Second Course-
Elysian Fields Lamb. Celery Root, Beets, Chicories.
Paired with Château Latour 1990 and 1982.
Third Course-
American Farmstead Cheese Selection. Seasonal Fruit, Sourdough Crackers.
Paired with Château Latour 1997, 1994, and 1993.
