Join us for more Champagne! We will start the evening with a delightful Blanc de Blancs pairing, featuring the Delamotte 2012 and Chartogne-Taillet's Heurtebise. Following this, we'll move on to explore the more savory expressions crafted from the Pinot Meunier grape.

To bring the evening to a colorful close to match the signature honey lacquered duck breast of chef Ryan Hardy. We'll be featuring some special selections, including the rare and intriguing "Abyss" Rosé from Leclerc Briant and even a red wine from the talented Paillard brothers in Bouzy.
