Join us for this very special class where we will be tasting 5 Champagnes (AOC) alongside the perfect cheeses to pair with these decadent bubbles. Our beverage director, Annabelle, and BR owner, Randall, will be bringing in their favorite French sparklers for you to try. This is a unique opportunity to taste 5 Champagnes side-by-side. Of course, there will be lots of cheese along the way. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

If for any reason you or your guests avoid alcohol, we do offer non-alcoholic pairings, please email us at least 24 hours prior to the event with your reservation information prior to the class to arrange. Please note that while we do offer non-alcoholic pairings in this class, we will be discussing Champagne and its history in detail.

To ensure a great experience, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. Our table size is limited to 5 people. If you have more than five individuals, feel free to make separate reservations, but due to space you will not be seated at the same table., though with 48 hour advance notice, we can usually sit parties near each other. If you have a group of 10 or more, we also offer private classes. Email info@beautifulrind.com for more information.

All sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to transfer class tickets to another date. All participants purchasing and consuming alcohol pairings must be 21+ with valid ID. If you have any questions, please email info@beautifulrind.com.
