This exclusive Winemaker’s Dinner offers an artfully curated five-course Italian feast, each dish thoughtfully paired with our finest estate wines. Winemaker and President George Guglielmo will personally guide you through the wine pairings, sharing insights into our family’s century-long winemaking heritage.

Antipasto Platters & Grissinis – A delightful assortment of Italian meats, cheeses, marinated vegetables, and crispy breadsticks.
Baby Spinach Salad – Crisp baby spinach, French-fried onion straws, and crispy bacon, drizzled with a house-made Honey Dijon Branzino dressing.
(Bacon may be removed upon request.)
Manicotti Florentine – Hand-rolled pasta filled with rich ricotta, spinach, and parmesan, topped with velvety San Marzano marinara.
Honey Dijon Mediterranean Herb & Lemon Branzino – Served with fragrant rice pilaf.
