Shoe & Canoe is in the Delta Hotel Downtown, and they say that they’re not a hotel restaurant - they’re a restaurant that happens to be in a hotel!
The hotel had a major facelift in 2019, a new open space was created with high ceilings, and large windows for Shoe & Canoe, there’s even a canoe on the ceiling.
We sold out four times for our first Vine & Dine evenings here and then again for our Chef’s Table dinner in 2020.
It’s a fascinating story and we’re thrilled to be back here for a special one-off dinner starting on the second floor patio for a welcome reception and first course, and then moving inside to the restaurant for five more pairing courses.
