Please join the Hawaii Culinary Education Foundation in Celebrating Diwali (the festival of lights) featuring Chef Vikram Garg's favorite Indian Dishes on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2022, 6 p.m. at his signature restaurant, TBD... located in the Lotus at Diamond Head, Honolulu. Individual tickets are $300 and table of ten available for $3,000. Includes dinner, service, tax, wine, and parking.

The dinner is a benefit for the Hawaii Culinary Education Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit that provides cutting-edge knowledge and techniques for students enrolled at the state’s culinary education programs. Local, national and international chefs, cookbook authors, food and wine experts are featured in HCEF programs, providing out-of-the-classroom culinary experiences that broaden students’ awareness of the culinary world.
