For this class we are hosting the most delicious French lesson..... cheese & wine, with no flashcards or verb conjugations to be had. We will be exploring all types of French cheese & wine and learning the where, why and how of the saveurs de France (flavors of France)! We'll be tasting five styles of wine and cheese from all over France, telling you about each individual pairing, and why certain styles work so well together!
If for any reason you or your guests avoid alcohol, we do offer non-alcoholic pairings, please email us at least 24 hours prior to the event with your reservation information prior to the class to arrange. Please note that while we do offer non-alcoholic pairings in this class, we will be discussing wine and its history in detail.
