May is American Cheese Month, so we will be featuring different styles of cheeses each week for the month of May to celebrate American cheesemakers!
This week we are celebrating little stinkers made in the US! We will be featuring five cheeses that are stinky, savory and delicious. If you're a fan of the funk, this class is for you! We'll tell you all about how and why these cheeses get their smell and taste a wide variety of styles with stink. Our expert cheesemongers will tell you about where and how these cheeses are made and answer all your cheese-y questions!
For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
