On Sunday, May 9, Liberty Market invites Mom to take a day off from cooking and enjoy some special dishes made with her in mind. Available on Mother’s Day from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Liberty Market Mother’s Day specials include:

 

Griddled Bread Pudding with fresh whipped cream, blueberry compote and powdered sugar, $12

 

Steak and Eggs — featuring a 10-ounce New York strip with Liberty potatoes, two eggs sunny side up and tomatillo sauce with a flour tortilla (or gluten free toast for $1 more), $26

 

Strawberry Shortcake made with a vanilla scone, strawberries and whipped cream, $8 (available all day)

 

Finally, raise a glass to Mom with Liberty Mom’s Cocktail featuring vodka, orange juice grenadine and a Prosecco float for just $10.
